Lua is a seasoned Spanish-Australian Product Designer. A long-tenured female in tech that highly values team cohesion, happiness, and overall well-being.
Collaboration is at the heart of Lua’s work philosophy, and she has been doing it successfully, for distributed teams across the globe and disciplines, for more than 15 years. She is committed to fostering a positive work environment, whether it's injecting fun and creativity or providing strong leadership to drive collective success.
As a designer, Lua has consistently led the entire design process, from formulating the initial strategy to the successful launch of products and features. Her approach is deeply grounded in user-centric design principles, ongoing learning, and a systematic framework approach.
Based in Sydney (AU), Lua, a mum of one, finds joy in her Saturday morning Iyengar yoga class and riding her e-bike through the hilly streets of this beautiful city.
